At this time, WHEELZ ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories.

Internationally, we support Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Please contact us if your country is not listed and you would like to place an order.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • USPS Ground is our default shipping method and is used for all domestic orders.
  • First-Class Package International is our default shipping method and is used for all international orders.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, WHEELZ will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
