Shipping Information

WHEELZ ships merchandise to most countries. International transit times are generally longer than domestic shipments by 5 business days but occasionally take more than 15 business days.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • USPS Ground is our default shipping method and is used for all domestic orders.
  • First-Class Package International or DHL are our default shipping method for international orders.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, WHEELZ will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all WHEELZ merchandise. You may return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Please contact us for instructions.

International Shipping Policy

Packages with International destination will be subject to customs/duties charges. USPS and WHEELZ are not responsible for any customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. WHEELZ cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International packages as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs.
